Day 1: Receive the item (wow!) and try it on to ensure fitting.
Day 2: Style your outfit with shoes and accessories.
Day 3: Celebrate at your event and post images tagging @wardrobly.
Day 4: Return the item.
You can rent each item for 4 or 8 days. You receive it the first day and you must return it at the last day. In case you want an item for longer you can make a request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at the chat.
Yes. You need to create an Account before checkout. We believe this is an important step to build trust in our community and help you have a better experience on our website. With an account you can see the history of your orders, you can add your address for faster checkout and in the future, you could add more information about you so that our platform can recommend you the best items. If you want to delete your account please inform us at email@example.com.
The items in our wardrobe are either new from current or past collections, or pre-loved in excellent condition. We partner with designers, brands, and retailers to buy our stock. Also, we buy directly from international well-known online platforms.
We partner with professional cleaners, to provide the highest quality service to you, with a freshly item ready-to-wear at your special occasion. The method is wet-cleaning or dry-cleaning.
Please do not clean/repair the item before the return. Our professional cleaner partner handles the cleaning and steaming process, the quality control and repair if there are minor damages or stains.
After the rental you will receive a review form. You can rate your experience, add information about the fitting and make a comment. Don’t forget to capture a photo wearing the item and add it to the review form so you can get a discount for your next rental.
Thank you for loving the item and wanting to keep it. Although, we are a fashion rental company trying to minimize the consumption of new clothes and extend the life of each item in our wardrobe, so more and more people can celebrate wearing it. At the moment we don’t sell items. In the future our aim is to sell pre-loved items that have been loved by our users and are out of the rental cycle, through a new section on our website. Stay tuned for this feature.
No. We are an online fashion rental platform. You can find all the available items of our wardrobe online here. In the future, our goal is to also create a physical place where you can find us, try on and rent clothes.
Delivery & Returns
For now, we provide our service in Athens, Greece. With the new year we aim to support our service all around the nation.
On the last day of your rental period, you put your item in the bag you received it. We will pick it up from you at your door.
If you don’t return the item inside the rental period, we have to charge you a late fee of 20€ for each day after. If you don’t return it, we will charge you the current market value of the item at our sole discretion, up to the original retail price.
If your rental ends on Sunday, you can return it the next business day. If your event is on Sunday, please select to receive on Friday, for a 4-day rental period.
Damages & Loses
Please use the item with love as it is yours. Accidents can happen. We cover you for small damages like a stuck zip, stains, a small spill, up to 20€ so you can rent with no worries. For bigger damages and after the quality control of our partner we must charge you for the repair. If the damage is not repairable, we must charge you the current market value of the item. In any case, if damage happens, please inform us before the return of the item at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We care about our wardrobe items and the quality of our service. If you lose your rental and not return it, we will charge you the market value of the item.
Sizes & Fitting
We understand your worries to find the perfect item you desire, for your special occasion. We provide you with as much as possible information with a ready-to-wear size guide, the labels of each item and the measurements. For each designer and brand, you can also search their website for more information.
Before renting, read all the information about the size and fit of each item. We understand that even if the size is good, you don’t like the item on you. And we are here to help you. We provide you a fit guarantee where on the first day you can inform us, and we will try to find you something else to deliver to you before your event. In case this is not possible you can return the item the second day and we will refund you the rental fee after 5-10 business days.
Orders & Payments
You can change your order by informing us at least 3 days before the first day of your rental period at the email email@example.com . After the dispatch, unfortunately you can’t make a change.
You can cancel your order at least 3 days before the start of the rental period, for a full refund. You can inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case, you want to cancel last time or after we dispatched your order, we don’t refund the shipping cost.
With the completion of your order, your card is authorized. Our incredible team members ensure the availability of the item and then approve the payment. Then your card is charged. You will be informed automatically by the platform and then by us for more details about your rental, the delivery and the return process.
We accept only online payments with all major credit cards. Our payment partner is the global provider Stripe, with which you can complete secure payments.
