Browse through our online wardrobe and find the dress you desire. Select your size, the rental period, and the date you want to receive it. Add to cart, checkout and pay online. We deliver the item at your door. It’s as simple as shopping online.
We suggest choosing the date to receive 2 days before your event. For example:
Day 1: Receive the item (wow!) and try it on to ensure fitting.
Day 2: Style your outfit with shoes and accessories.
Day 3: Celebrate at your event and post images tagging @wardrobly.
Day 4: Return the item.
You can rent each item for 4 or 8 days. You will receive it on the first day and must return it on the last day. If you would like to rent an item for longer than 8 days, please email us at hello@wardrobly.com or use our live chat to make a request.
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, we encourage you to create an account as it helps build trust within our community and provides a better experience on our website. With an account, you can view your order history, add your address for faster checkout, and in the future, we can recommend the best items for you based on your preferences. If you decide to delete your account, please inform us at hello@wardrobly.com.
We source our wardrobe from a variety of places, including new items from current and past collections, as well as pre-loved items in excellent condition. We work with designers, brands, and retailers to acquire our stock, as well as purchasing items directly from well-known international online platforms.
We partner with professional cleaners to ensure that each item is cleaned to the highest quality standards before it is rented out to you. We use wet-cleaning or dry-cleaning methods to ensure that the item is fresh and ready-to-wear for your special occasion.
Please avoid cleaning or repairing the item yourself before returning it. Our professional cleaning partner will take care of the cleaning and steaming process, as well as quality control and minor repairs if necessary.
Upon the end of the rental period, you will be asked to provide feedback by filling out a review form. You can rate your experience and provide information about the fitting and any comments you may have.Don't forget to include a photo of yourself wearing the item to receive a 15% discount for your next rental.
Thank you for loving the item and wanting to keep it. However, as a fashion rental company, our main goal is to minimize the consumption of new clothes and extend the life of each item in our wardrobe, so more and more people can celebrate wearing it. At the moment we don’t sell items. In the future we plan to sell pre-loved items that have been loved by our users and are out of the rental cycle, through a new section on our website. Stay tuned for this feature.
No, we are currently an online-only fashion rental platform. You can browse all of our available items in our online wardrobe. However, in the future, we aim to create a physical location where you can come to try on and rent clothes. Stay tuned for updates!
Delivery & Returns
We provide delivery all over Greece. If you place your order before 12 pm in Athens, we offer next-day delivery. For larger cities in Greece, we deliver within 2-3 days. However, if you reside in a Greek island or village, please contact us prior to checkout.
On the last day of your rental period, simply put the item in the bag you received it in and we'll arrange for it to be picked up from your doorstep.
If the item is not returned within the rental period, we will charge a late fee of 20€ for each day thereafter. If the item is not returned after a specified period of time (7 days), we reserve the right to charge you the current market value of the item, up to the original retail price, at our sole discretion.
If your rental period ends on a Sunday, you can return the item on the next business day. If you have an event on a Sunday, we recommend selecting to receive the item on Friday for a 4-day rental period to ensure that you have it in time for your event and can return it on the following Monday.
Damages & Loses
We hope you enjoy wearing our items as if they were your own. Accidents can happen, and we understand that. We offer coverage for small damages such as a stuck zipper, stains, or a minor spill, up to 20€ so you can rent with peace of mind. For larger damages, we must charge you for the repair after a thorough quality control check by our partner. If the damage is beyond repair, we may need to charge you for the current market value of the item. If you happen to damage an item, please notify us before returning it at hello@wardrobly.com.
We take great care of our wardrobe items and strive to provide excellent service. In the event that you lose your rental item and fail to return it, we will need to charge you the current market value of the item.
Sizes & Fitting
We understand that finding the perfect item for your special occasion can be challenging. To help you make an informed decision, we provide you with a ready-to-wear size guide, labels of each item, and detailed measurements. If you need more information about a specific designer or brand, you can also visit their website. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your rental, and we're here to help you every step of the way.
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be a challenge, even with all the information we provide about each item. That's why we offer a fit guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. If, on the first day of your rental, you find that the item doesn't fit as you expected, please let us know and we will do our best to find a suitable replacement to deliver to you before your event. If we cannot find a replacement, you can return the item on the second day and we will refund your rental fee within 5-10 business days.
Orders & Payments
You can change your order by informing us at least 3 days before the first day of your rental period at the email hello@wardrobly.com. After the dispatch, unfortunately you can’t make a change.
You can cancel your order at least 3 days before the start of the rental period, for a full refund. You can inform us at hello@wardrobly.com. In case, you want to cancel last time or after we dispatched your order, we don’t refund the shipping cost.
With the completion of your order, your card is authorized. Our incredible team members ensure the availability of the item and then approve the payment. Then your card is charged. You will be informed automatically by the platform and then by us for more details about your rental, the delivery and the return process.
We accept only online payments with all major credit cards. Our payment partner is the global provider Stripe, with which you can complete secure payments.
